Wellseen

100% of students who follow our program have increased their score by an average of 16 points.

How it works: You submit a daily check-in. Your coach reviews your data every morning. Within the first week they find a pattern holding your score back. One fix per week. Your schedule adapts to your life. The fixes compound and the score follows. Just like how an athlete has a coach to get through the day, now imagine that coach had also been trained on performance diagnostics.

Score increases our system has produced within 6 weeks (or less):

  • 508→526 (full-time student and applying)

FAQ

What is Wellseen?
A performance diagnostics program for MCAT students. We track your studying every day and find the invisible patterns holding your score back. One fix per week. It compounds.
How is this different from tutoring?
Tutors teach content or help with a singular question. We find what's holding your score back by looking at your studying holistically. Sleep, focus, stress, start time, hours, review quality. The fix is usually simple. Finding it is the hard part when you're studying on your own.
How does it work?
You sign up and start the same day. Your coach calls you to walk through the system. You begin daily check-ins immediately. Your coach reviews your data every morning. Weekly 1:1s where they show you the pattern costing you points and prescribe one fix. This compounds week by week into score increases.
What results do you get?
16 out of 16 students who followed the system improved. Range: 8-29 points in 6 weeks or less. Higher results, shorter timeline, and lower cost than traditional prep companies.
What if I need more than 6 weeks?
Most students, who are working or in school full-time, have achieved these score increases. However, life gets in the way so that's why if you need more time, we have a discounted renewal option for another 6 weeks.
Who will be my coach?
A team of resident physicians, behavioral researchers, incoming medical students have been trained in our performance diagnostic methodology. You'll be assigned one coach for your weekly 1:1s. They review your data every morning.
How much does it cost?
$1,999 for up to 6 weeks. 7-day refund if it's not the right fit. No consult needed. Just join and experience the system.
I spent thousands on prep and my score didn't move. How is this different?
Those programs taught content in a vacuum with generic strategies. Nobody was watching your daily studying. Something invisible is costing you points. We find it in your data and make sure it's fixed.
I work full time. Is this realistic?
Yes. Most of our students work full-time or are full-time students. Your coach adapts your schedule to your energy and life. The program requires about 30-60 minutes per week between daily check-ins and your weekly 1:1.
Do you teach content?
No. We don't tutor. We don't review passages. We look at your studying holistically and find the behavioral pattern you can't see. The content isn't your problem. How you study is.
What happens after I join?
Your coach calls you within 24 hours to get you set up. You start your daily check-ins that same day. By day 5 your coach will have found something in your data nobody else has shown you before.
What if I don't see improvement?
Every student who followed the system improved. The results depend on submitting daily check-ins and applying the weekly fix your coach prescribes. That's why we track compliance daily.
Can I get a refund?
7-day refund policy from your payment date. If within your first 7 days the program isn't the right fit, you get a refund. You can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again.
Do I need a consult call first?
No, join directly on the website. Your coach handles everything from there. If you have questions before joining, email [email protected] and we'll reply within 24 hours.
I've never heard of Wellseen, are you guys new to the MCAT?
Yep! We established in late 2025 so a literal new born baby.

Your sessions are led by coaches trained in performance diagnostic methodology.

Why I created Wellseen:

I took the MCAT 3 times post college. I wasted so much time and wish I had a system like Wellseen. I followed advice from Reddit, bought the same resources you're probably using now and was stuck. On my 3rd attempt, I paid for an expensive tutor from a large prep company and it did not improve my score. After much reflection, I realized I was doing things that costed me points that I (nor the tutor) wasn't aware of. So, I built Wellseen to help other students breakthrough to their goal score without wasting valuable time.
